I have been asked to fix someones computer and it appears to have a lock up that even prevents the mouse pointer from moving. This person is running Windows ME and it is an ex-PC Company PC. | 475489 | 2006-08-02 09:07:00 | Can you boot up in safe mode? Turn PC on, at post screen press F8, then select safe mode. Otherwise, can you access BIOS. Maybe reset to default options. At post screen, at bottom it may state what key to press. Try delete. |
