| 475269 | 2006-08-02 01:00:00 | I am unable to uninstall adobe pro 6.0. I am using windows XP pro and on trying to uninstall adobe pro which has stopped working altogether hence my attempt to remove it and reinstall it I get an error message thus: Internal error 2753 uninstmanager.dll. I have tried to change and/or fix the problem with the disk but nothing seems to work. I am at my wits end as when I try to open a pdf file the pc freezes. Any help would be much appreciated. | 475272 | 2006-08-02 04:12:00 | I also had a big prob with Adobe and then downloaded a great wee freebe app called Foxit reader http://www.foxitsoftware.com/ Does the job no hassels and is only 2.7 mb as against Adobe 19MB.But you will find getting rid of Adobe is a pain. | kjaada (253) | ||

Thanks John I have exactly the same problem with exactly the same message Internal error 2753 uninstmanager.dll I do try to reinstall the 6.0 adobe and also do try to install adobe pro. 7.0 but it does give the same message! Greatly appreciate if someone know how to get over it. |
