| 476314 | 2006-08-06 00:55:00 | I saw an ad at Biglots for this printer... biglots.inserts2online.com It's only $30... Not sure what 4800 DPI means... But I need to mainly print out tons of regular resumes, cover letters etc etc. I need some color...but mainly for words. My main concern is the amount of pages I can get printed out. How effceint it is using the ink cartridge.. I am new to printers, so not sure if the quality of the printer affects the effectiveness of using the print cartridges. Thanks for any replies. |

| 476316 | 2006-08-06 02:45:00 | Inkjet printers are all very efficient in their use of ink cartridges. Unfortunately for the users, most waste a lot of ink with head cleaning cycles. So you are lucky if you get 50% of the ink you buy onto paper. :( One of the Australian computer magazines did tests for this on a number of printers earlier this year. |
