| 476298 | 2006-08-05 23:20:00 | My friend has asked me to post this for him. He has a Packard Bell Windows XP computer. If he has been using the computer with any program - like a game for instance, and then closes all programs, and clicks Start, Shut Down, he says the 'Shut Down' box takes quite a while to appear. But if he starts the computer, and closes it down straight away, without opening any programs, the 'Shut Down' box appears straight away as it should. Is there a simple solution to this problem? Thanks |
