Hi, does anyone know how can I quickly enable and dissable my serial port, as I have a smart board attached to it and its constantly on. I'd like to have some sort of device or program to dissable it without having to unplug it everytime I don't want it to control my mouse. Is there such programs about? or hardware switches? Any help would be apreciated, I've been looking for days for a solution but have not yet been successfull. :annoyed: |

I would have said to disable it in the Bios, but reading what you have written, it sound like you share? the port with the mouse??? |

Its a smart board... like a whiteboard for a classroom, but it connects to your pc and acts like a mouse. just write on the board and your cursur copies its every move. like a big touchscreen. It comes with software that includes a notebook 'n stuff. |
