| 476615 | 2006-08-06 22:01:00 | I've been asked to fix a new school laptop that isn't remembering the username & password for the proxy server. I set all IE's security & privacy settings to minimum, and it still didn't remember the password (yes, I am ticking the remember password box) so I reset everything to defaults & it still didn't work. What else can I try? |

| 476617 | 2006-08-07 05:17:00 | the computer is on a network, but not part of a domain. the server is only a web (for the intranet) & DHCP server running on an old linux box. no other computers in the school have this problem | hcl (10925) | ||
