Misty :D

Thats alright if you're have ADSL.

Since I'm not and the file is 35mb, I dont think so :D

Winamp would be better and its smaller.

Only thing is, to burn at higher speeds Winamp has to be registered.

476728 2006-08-08 10:45:00 burning a cd has nothing to with windows media player. just burn the mp3 files stright to cd ie treat them as data files.
WMP V9 will copy a cd, convert to MP3 then burn it to disc.
I've been using it for that purpose. It's a little clunky and obscure in some operations, but it works fine. I think it relies on a separate burning program though, from memory in my case it pulls up Roxio.

If you already have the MP3s and you want to use WMP you have to put them into a playlist in WMP then burn them. The WMP help files have all the information you need for that.

Cheers

Ah XP's built in burning is limited in what it can do, and burning MP3's isnt one of them.

I usually turn this off, as it's pretty much useless for anything.

And if you're burning MP3's as is, there is no conversion. If u use Nero, it just burns the MP3's as is. And most probably any other program that supports burning MP3's to cd as Audio CD's or MP3's to CD.
