| 477793 | 2006-08-11 14:47:00 | Hi, I have a client you is using Outlook Express 6. He gets e-mails from various Asian countries and his Outlook will not download certain messages (these are legitimate e-mails from his customers, not spam) and just times out. He is unable to retrieve any messages until we clear out his mailbox. Everything on our email server is fine. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how to correct this situation. Thanks in advance, Jason |

All they can do is access the message in webmail and delete it from there. OE has this corrupted header problem more than other mail clients so they could try using something else such as Thunderbird. |
