| 477445 | 2006-08-09 19:10:00 | Hi, I'm having a problem with my wireless network. The wireless network icon on my system tray shows that I'm not connected to the network (Computer with a Cross). But the fact is I'm still able to surf the Internet. (I'm still experiencing this problem as i'm writing to this forum.) After a while (~20mins) the connection will automatically disconnect. My attempt to do a re-connection does not lead to a "Connected" status. It keeps saying "Waiting for network" and after a while, it says "Not Connected". Again on using IE to surf the Internet, I'm able to reach the websites. I'm using a 2Wire modem with integrated router. Not such problem previously. Did not alter the configurations either. I'm thinking it's a problem with my notebook. Anyone has encounter such a problem before? Any adivce or solution? Rdgs, Boon |
