| 477440 | 2006-08-09 19:05:00 | I'm having big trouble with my pc. When I replaced an old cd drive in the pc the pc would not load up when I press the power button. It is really bugging me cos I cant figure out why. Every thing is linked up the same as the old. I have tried many different cd drives and still the same problem. I really hope someone out there can help me Please. Thanks. | deandavinchi (10951) | ||

I have a friend who installed a new hard drive into his computer and was having the same problem, no power when pressing the on button, I suggested checking the cables going to the motherboard to make sure they hadnt been pulled out... still no luck... finally I went and had a look for him, turns out he didnt even know about the switch on the back and it had been bumped to off accidentally when he opened the case up... |
