| 477746 | 2006-08-11 03:35:00 | I have just purchased a new PC with xp. Installed my publisher 2000 and now things are a little pear shaped. Every page that I open is set at 138% and I seem unable to correct that and when I print the print help file insists on popping up. Would downloading a newer driver help this ? anybody Please. | pnbart (10961) | ||

| 477748 | 2006-08-11 08:18:00 | Try updating Publisher to Service Pack 3 (office.microsoft.com) to see if it fixes the problems. Let us know if they persist after installing the update. | stevie_boy (478) | ||
| 477749 | 2006-08-11 22:59:00 | Thanks Jen. I had tried your suggestion and it made no difference. I have no problem with the printer, just that dtp printer helpfile insists on popping up every time I want to print anything within DTP, but not any other prog. | pnbart (10961) | ||

| 477751 | 2006-08-12 02:33:00 | pnbart In Publisher under Tools, Options, Print is there a tick next to Automatically display Print Troubleshooter? If so take the tick out and try printing. I am not sure why each time you open Publisher it is set to 138% as mine shows 47%. What happens if you press F9? Does it toggle to 100% and then back to 138%, or does it toggle to 100% and then to 47%? |
