477662 2006-08-10 23:02:00 WARNING if you have received a E mail saying your credit card has been debited it is a scam. My bank has already received 4 queries this morning and as a precaution is issueing a replacement card. On no account open the attachement. FrankS (257)
477663 2006-08-10 23:45:00 Likewise. Mine stated that I subscribed for Spyware Doctor through PC Tools on 19 July 2006, with payments to be made every three month, but did not state an amount. Scouse (83)
477664 2006-08-11 02:24:00 Friend of mine forwarded that to me this morning .

Its screamingly obvious that it contains a trojan of some kind .

The xxx . jpg . exe attachment stands out like . . . .

477667 2006-08-11 03:07:00 I received one this morning.

The big give away was the attachment called *****.jpg.exe.

I wrote to PC Tools and advised them I had passed the e-mail on to the police and they should expect a visit from their local law in a day or two. Though I doubt if pc.tools know anything about them..

477668 2006-08-11 03:57:00 where I work, a large number of people got the email.
They just strip out all executable attachments anyway. The links in the email probably try to install malware too
