I have a DSL-302g adsl modem supplied by Xtra. If I change my ISP to Ihug what modem settings (if any) do I have to change? Also for the last three days I have been trying & unable to access the Ihug website (http://www.ihug.co.nz). This is the first time I have tried to access the site using this modem & connection. Is it blocked from me for any reason (ie. being an opposition customer) or is the site down? |

All you should need to change are the user name and password under the user name and password tab... other than that, I don't think any.
Why do you think they would block potential customers? I can't get it either, so the site must be down... |
