2006-08-13 09:45:00 I'm in the process of moving from Xtra to ihug, it's taking some time because for some reason Xtra declined the request for no reason, but apparantly we're back on track.

Anyhow...I am now down to dial up but for the life of me can't find www.ihug.co.nz or any of their pages on either firefox or IE. Just times out. Crazy, any other page in the world is fine. I thought the site was down, but my mate said his was fine.

Any ideas whats going on?

2006-08-13 09:56:00 Also can’t access www.ihug.co.nz on Xtra here. stu161204 (123)
2006-08-13 09:59:00 It must be Xtra then, as it opens OK for me. Jen (38)
2006-08-13 10:01:00 Ihug's fine for me, but PCWorld, Computerworld are both down - even though I can ping them. Seems odd to me. somebody (208)

2006-08-13 10:33:00 iHug has recently updated their homepage, so they may have had it down for a while while they were updating. Fidelius (10676)
2006-08-13 19:30:00 I havent been able to access their homepage since last thursday and I still cant! I thought for a while telecom might have throttled them back to 64k :D straitjacket (9698)
2006-08-13 20:30:00 As it appears to only affect Xtra customers, I would give Xtra a call and complain. Jen (38)
2006-08-13 20:46:00 I *can* access ihug.co.nz on an ihug connection. pcuser42 (130)
