| 478746 | 2006-08-15 12:37:00 | How do I go about restoring this pc back to the factory settings...so it was just like it was before I unpacked it frm the bx....once upon a time they used to come with a restore disc or you'd just format the HDD..now...smart restore????...doesn't fix the problem...so how do i do it? | bubbybrat (8594) | ||
| 478747 | 2006-08-17 08:11:00 | They have a hidden partition which holds all the recovery software. The only snag to this is that you still need the master CD's to make use of the recover function. Cheers chiefnz |

| 478748 | 2006-08-17 08:18:00 | A884....how old is that?? The newer one's you can just do it via the smart restore as you mention. As far as I can remeber they don't offer the option for a non-destructive recovery only a full format recover so assuming your problem is software related that should fix it. Cheers KiwiMR2 |
