| 478776 | 2006-08-16 00:31:00 | Hi all I am looking at upgrading the RAM on the following motherboard: www.gigabyte.com.tw It says that it takes max 1.5GB PC133 SD RAM. It is currently running 128MB. I have looked and looked but it doesn't say whether single sided or double sided RAM is the go. I was going to buy 1 x 512MB PC133 16 chip (which I presume is 8 chips either side - double sided). I have read in my searching that double sided is likely to be more compatible. It would be cool if you could let me know that you agree with me on this :D Looking forward to your replies. Cheers. |
