Google and probably Microsoft spy on our activities and collate data just as much as Five Eyes. If our spys can detect paedophiles, criminals, and nascent terrorists then all power to them. And yes if that means receiving other nations security reports on New Zealanders, it would be utter foolishness to ignore it. We zealously guard our soverign identity but we live in a huge world of other people, few of whom have any care for New Zealand. Radical Islam itself ranges globally and cares not for nationality. |
