Im sure if I asked the council, they would make things difficult for me to remove them So my issue is, by law Im resposible for ANY damage from my trees & branches falling onto my neighbors sections/house/cars: Yes you are. Why ask the council, just cut them down, I'm sure your neighbour would be happy to see them go. I was sure happy when my neighbour cleared his jungle..... |
