478925 2006-08-17 08:56:00 I've finally managed to setup a server which integrates with our Windows 2003 Active Directory based network. The operating system on the server is CentOS 4.3, and I've been using the instructions from www.brentnorris.net to integrate Samba with AD.

All went well, and I can access shares from Win2003. However, the last instruction to add an entry ,alc to /etc/fstab on the volume which requires access via Samba is where I encounter problems.

As soon as I make this entry and umount the partition, I can't mount it again. The following error message comes up:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/md0,
or too many mounted file systems

But after I remove the ,alc option mount works again.

I have no idea what's going on but I suspect that the ,alc option isn't supported. If so, what can I do to fix this?

All suggestions are welcome.
