About the error 0x0000007f (0x00000008… well I also have an ASUS system, with two 1 gig memory stick both are different rate. I was experimenting the same issue trying with only one memory stick did not resolved the issue, the issue always persisted. Also I ran a fix I found in MSN page and nothing fixed the issue, either install another operative system form XP 32 to 64 from sp2 to sp3 in 32 case, from sp1 to sp2 in 64 case. Nothing solved the issue, only solved the issue on my system is downloading the processors driver from the AMD page, this driver is for cool´n quite system, and disable the cool´n quite from the BIOS setup I solved the issue never happen again. |
