| 479928 | 2006-08-22 02:17:00 | In a nutshell. The email is not on Xtramail's server. Incredimail received it once. Netscape receives it over and over and over again. Both email clients are set to leave the email on the server; forever in Incredimail's case and two days for Netscape and yet it keeps on popping up in Netscape. Thanks to everyone for their help so far, keep those thinking caps on. Beats me then. Because if Incredimail is set to leave mails on the server then you would get them again in Incredimail. And you are saying you don't. This is what everyone else was getting at.... |

That is not the email headers. With the message open go to View/Headers/All or something like that. Not sure of the exact path in NS 7 If you have NS to leave mail on server why not change that to remove from server and do a check for new mail in NS. Then go back and set it to leave mail on server again and see if you still have the problem |

| 479933 | 2006-08-22 05:05:00 | Tried what- finding the header or removing from server? Have you tried setting up another new client (OE for example) and seeing if it also downloads this phantom email? | PaulD (232) | ||
