482394 2006-09-04 04:28:00 Do you have a firewall installed? stu161204 (123)
482395 2006-09-04 04:38:00 Yes, Zone Alarm Pro version.
I also have AVG free running, and spybot S&E and lavasoft ad aware pro to scan with.
Spybot S&E picked up a few ad aware programs and i deleted them. But the Pakes.U and Dialer.bzb is still there

482396 2006-09-04 12:39:00 This infection is almost certainly one which utilises O2 & O20 entries but they are being hidden from HijackThis, try renaming the hijackthis.exe file to anything else, like hjt.exe and run it again.
If it is the infection I believe it to be, HijackThis is not able to remove it properly, but there is a specific removal tool for it, it just depends on what if anything shows up when HijackThis is renamed.

482398 2006-09-05 05:28:00 Here is a faster and easier way to get rid of it...

REINSTALL!!!!! :D :p

Best of all is there is no trace whats so ever that it ever existed on your PC (to Windows that is) and you get that nice fast feeling of a fresh install :p

I reinstall every month or 2

I would but I have stuff I want to keep and I have no cd writer and the only portable thing I have is a 6gb ipod with like 2gb of space left, and I have about 10gb of stuff I want to keep so thats why I needed to get rid of it.
