No ISP is without problems, but from what I have experienced myself, and read here on PF1, Slingshot is OK. And as you know, the price is right: 3 Gb for $30. Awhile back when I saw CEO Annette Presley on telly, with her awful makeup and bimbo blonde hair and annoying personality, I decided never to join Slingshot, and here ai am, a happy customer. ;) :p If that was on my thread, then I still haven't had a reply back after I emailed them. Guess you were lucky, eh? |

You should have at least had an automated reply acknowledging your email and saying they will respond with an answer in a day or two or whatever. If you did not get this then maybe you had the wrong email address. |

| 483092 | 2006-09-10 02:51:00 | I used the email that Jacob whatsit posted, to get in touch if we had any more concerns. And we have as it seems they are having problems with their email. They were also double billed, when they hadn't even gotten online. Really, its been nearly far more trouble thann its worth, and then to read you get a $10 credit for simply pointing out the thread, well, you can surely understand a little disgruntlement. I will give it another *sigh* attempt. |
