| 483057 | 2006-09-07 06:34:00 | Hello, I am running Win XP Home on my laptop. 1. Start->Run->Cmd causes the system to restart. (However if I manually run command.com, I get the command prompt. Running cmd.exe causes restart) 2. I am not able to edit registry (I get a message like Registry edit disabled by admin) Could someone help me to understand what is the problem and how to fix it? Thanks! |
