I've got my annual bonuses coming up and I thought I would spend a portion on a new flat screen monitor, got an ok 19" CRT at the moment.

I use my pc a lot for games and video so could i have some advice on what i should buy and where (I'm in wellington)

but flat panel tech changes so fast, I think more up-to-date advice is needed...
try out pricespy.co.nz to see prices throughout NZ, but I'm not sure what is the best value for money flat panel 19inch at the moment, but I'm trying to find it!

I've got a 19' widescreen Chimei on the other PC here, the speakers on it are crap tho lol.

But, besides that its fine. I'm happy with it.

My advice is to go into a shop and actually look at them first.
Compare different brands.
