| 483297 | 2006-09-08 12:25:00 | An archiver is different to a compression program. Archiving is turning a whole lot of files into one. A compression program will also do this, but also allow you to apply some compression. 7zip is avaliable on sourceforge. It depends upon what you are wanting to compress/zip, some you will be able to make very small, whereas others may increase in size. |
