483912 2006-09-11 07:08:00 What sites?

There is a free program I think called Neotrace, that allows you to check the speed of access for sites.

483914 2006-09-11 09:05:00 Both sites loaded within a time frame of 10 seconds over here (Xtra Dial-up) - and tracert tells me that they are hosted in Australia. Maybe there is "something wrong" with the exchange in your local area?

Cheers :)

any ideas, im on broadband?Try clearing your browser's cache, history and temporary files and try again.

If you're unsure how to do the above please advise what browser and operating sytem you use.

Also, have you changed ISP recently to Paradise?

483917 2006-09-12 06:31:00 hi greg, done all that and even been onto my isp and still no luck. ive been with paradise for ages, from dial up days. im even trying the ie discussion boards.... floyds (3095)
483918 2006-09-12 23:51:00 It's my guess then that your ISP's DNS server has been changed or is experiencing problems. Try temporarily changing your DNS settings to another provider's.

[edit] Afterthought - this won't be the issue at all if the page is actually loading, but slowly. If the sites are taking ages to actually start to load, and then load normally then yeah, this might be the issue.
