For some weird reason not all keyboards seem to enable the same. winaero.com Some computers need the numbers 80000002 while others need 2147483650 The default on one of mine ( and numlock works fine) is 2147483648 The circle -- Something is working in the background. Usually it lasts longer when W10 is doing updates. you can always open task manager and see whats using cpu /memory. |
