1407405 2015-08-25 22:58:00 Dr Google tells us there is a problem with the Num Lock key not locking down on Start Up.

lurking wants to know why the little circle beside the cursor rotates non stop ?, and what's working in the background causing this.

eggshell try altering the reg keys.

For some weird reason not all keyboards seem to enable the same.

Some computers need the numbers 80000002 while others need 2147483650

The default on one of mine ( and numlock works fine) is 2147483648

The circle -- Something is working in the background. Usually it lasts longer when W10 is doing updates. you can always open task manager and see whats using cpu /memory.
