| 1406666 | 2015-08-15 01:21:00 | I've had great difficulty in getting this far, and will doubtless forget how I did it, but anyway: I just wanted to ask a simple question . I've got Win 7 set up just the way I like it, i . e . taskbar at the top, with frequently-used programs and documents accessed by about 20 icons for shortcuts, e . g . Google, Wikipedia, Youtube, arranged in a logical pattern on the desktop, with the favourites menu for less frequently used stuff . Windows 10 reckons it will install itself RSN (real soon now . ) My question is: does the installation give me the option or ability to retain my present desktop during and after installation, or will I have to rebuild a desktop from scratch? ; |
