1397775 2015-04-01 03:30:00 After being on a Jury a few times I would like to hear all the facts not only what we have drip fed through the papers

Even being on a Jury you don't get told the full story, you only have too make a decision on the facts given

1397777 2015-04-01 06:32:00 I’m undecided having not heard all the evidence 1st hand.

However, I was somewhat shocked when the prosecution opened by saying they were changing the evidence as to the time of Mrs Lundy and the daughter’s death to better suit a new train of events.

Seems it is OK in this country to manipulate evidence to suit your needs, if you’re the Police or Prosecution.

1397778 2015-04-01 07:23:00 I'm also undecided wasn't there to hear the evidence at either trial gary67 (56)
1397779 2015-04-01 07:45:00 I'm also undecided wasn't there to hear the evidence at either trial

If you want to get away with it dont over act at the funeral.

1397780 2015-04-01 09:00:00 I don't understand the Defence claim that Lundy couldn't drive from Petone to Palmerston North and back on a tank of fuel .

Maybe I missed something, so was it because his Ford didn't have enough petrol in the tank at that time, or were they saying he couldn't drive 300 or so kilometres on one tank of petrol, therefore he would have run out of gas before he got back to his Motel?

It is old history now, he's back where he belongs, but it seems to me that there were a few loose ends in the defence case .

Cheers
