| 1397277 | 2015-03-26 21:36:00 | autoblopnik.com "The BBC has announced a replacement for newly former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson. Top Gear’s new presenter will be Colin Blitzsphicter, an out-of-work plumber from Bitchfield, Lincolnshire." “We know Top Gear fans are going to hate whomever we hire as Clarkson’s replacement,” Andyman continued, “so why waste the license payer’s money on someone famous, or even someone who is even remotely qualified?” |

| 1397280 | 2015-03-27 03:57:00 | Top Gear with the BBC is over, both May and Hammond have said they are a package Why do I sense that there may be a 'restraint of trade' injunction in the wind for May and Hammond? They'll probably be barred from making any programs with vehicles with more than n+1 wheels, regardless of whatever Network to which they might migrate. They may not be safe from the BBC Lawyers even if they took up residence in the Kremlin. If it has wheels, operates anywhere between the sky above and the earth below and can move under its own power, it will be off-limits. Pity really, if you ignored Clarksons stupidity and patent one-upmanship, the latter not allowing either of his co-presenters to win any halfway-fair challenge, the Program was fairly entertaining and as I may have mentioned, the studio segments were a little better balanced. There's always land yachts I guess. Only time will tell. Cheers Billy 8-{) |

| 1397281 | 2015-03-27 08:25:00 | Seems the BBC are going to carry on with a new trio . They will have to start from scratch & rebuild the brand, & in this day & age its unlikely they will be given a few years to get it right . so who would be good replacements? Career suicide for those who try ? Vicki Butler-Henderson? Rowan Atkinson? JK? 3x stigs who say nothing the whole show ? The purple Tellytubbie? Jay Leno would be great (Check out is youtube channel) . Somehow I doubt he would be interested . Heh, Rowan crashes everything he drives . Another disadvantage to getting a new trio hosting is that the old team have had time to lift their driving skills . It's a bit scary to imagine a newbie being put in control of a 12 cylinder road beast and expected to set a blistering lap time . Been really disliking the 'wreck it' theme of this latest series . Stupid . Nothing funny about parking a car in a culvert or bouncing it off a building . |

Think of the Aus V NZ but escalated to a much higher level, the French haven't forgiven us for burning Joan at the stake when they only wanted her done rare not well done, and kicking their butts for several hundred years in battle. |
