1396860	2015-03-22 09:20:00	Maybe try changing the source of funds during payment process on ebay since CC linked to paypal. Need to login in to paypal. Suggested from common paypal error messages. (community.eventzilla.net) The paypal help page touts the benefits of using paypal even under alternative payment sources (www.paypal.com) which offers no real alternative. Just a yes. That page is not easily found within paypal. I used Google search. Also - to make things even more limiiting are their limits (pages.ebay.com) (purchase no.'s, and I read somwhere also dollars amount for certain items) to using credit cards direct on eBay. Again paypal is being touted as their preferred payment method.	kahawai chaser (3545)

I don't care if it's registered or not, it's my card and if I want to buy something online with it from anywhere it's not paypals place to decide how or if I can do that . Actually it is very much paypals place to do that . You want to use their service . Paypal needs to protect themselves from rampant credit card fraud . But making it near impossible to register a CC with them isnt helping anyone I'll admit . Its worth trying to get this sorted, Paypal make it easier to get a refund if theres an issue with non delivery , faulty or damaged goods etc . Its sometimes far easier to get a refund through paypal than with some online sellers .	1101 (13337)
1396862	2015-03-24 10:12:00	Well no response to my admittedly angry message except my account has now magically completed the review and is no longer limited. Considering I started the review a couple months ago and have had 3 failed attempts and 2 messages with nothing but automated responses that's not expected.
