| 1407052 | 2015-08-19 22:13:00 | For a single PC user is Onedrive a necessity? If not, how do I disable it? I do not like the thought that all my PC contents are stored on someone else's site no matter how secure they claim that site to be! |

| 1407055 | 2015-08-20 02:49:00 | Agree with what PCUser posted -- Good to have off site backups. If you don't want to Use it you done have to. The easy way is make sure you don't use a Microsoft account to sign in with. no Account linked to MS and it wont upload. THEN of course if you do want to use only certain apps, Eg One Drive, you can sign into that App only. You don't have to activate all the others at the same time. |

| 1407058 | 2015-08-20 07:13:00 | Just where exactly is the data stored, & how many people could access it? Where is it stored ? can be anywhere in almost any country in the world. As long as you dont share, then no one else has access, BUT some places these days if forced are able to give information the authorities if they have to. The basic's of cloud computing Eg: one Drive - a lighthearted Video explains. www.youtube.com |
