| 1406676 | 2015-08-15 06:18:00 | Nortons (it was installed when he bought it) on husband's new Toshiba laptop suddenly stopped working. Now he finds he cannot (a) remove/uninstall Nortons and (b) install any new programmes. Any suggestions please. Thanks. |
