I got one a week ago - very easy to set up. You can use a spare USB port on the TV for the power supply instead of plugging it into the mains.

Some TVs support a feature where they can be turned on when signal comes through HDMI (in this case if you send something to your chromecast). It's worth noting that if your TV powers the USB ports down when it's off this won't work.
