How sad for National.

Can someone please make sure Prefect is OK. I hear crying :p

In typical National fashion - wait for the excuses now :D

1397456 2015-03-28 09:07:00 Winston 4000+ votes ahead!!

I reckon we oughta send a sympathy card to Prefect? :D

The rot has set in, and the poor bloke must be damned near heartbroken.

The dream of seeing Kim John Key leading a dynastic party to victory yet gain is now crumbling before his very eyes.

Like the Ford Prefect, which had a finite life and needed service at 1,500 km intervals, JK's government now needs major work.

Cheers

1397459 2015-03-28 10:52:00 But in reality, WTF does Winston have to offer anyone in New Zealand?

Well it appears to the people of Northland a lot more than the National candidate / Party. Bit of a slap in the face for National. On election Night in September when National got back in Northland was won by over 9000 votes. Source (www.stuff.co.nz) NOW 6 months later Lost to NZ first by roughly 4000.

Care to explain why the sudden big turn around ?

1397461 2015-03-28 12:27:00 Winston is good value, great sense of humour and very seldom resorts to bad language and tantrums. As this means that JK will find it more difficult to play the dictator. mzee (3324)

And like a true politician, you still haven't provided a practical answer.
