| 1397118 | 2015-03-24 00:13:00 | Hi Guys, :thanks I have an Iphone 4 that is experiencing some sound issues at present. It started about a week and a half ago where at work I was listening to my music with my headphones. The sound was cut out, and the song kept going...but no sound... I unplugged the head phones and reconnected them again and it worked again. Then 10 minutes later.....same thing..... This continued until late last week it kept happening like every 30 seconds. In the weekend I connected my iphone to ITUNES to DFU mode and reinstalled the entire Iphone... Well it worked and no problems after...however...today....its starting again...:stare: :crying Its so annoying.....anyone had this issue? :help: |

I have thought it was the headphones as well however tried another pair this arvo but no luck. When you unplug the cord from the headphones the music your playing should pause by the phone however my music cuts the sound but the song continues playing. I have reinstalled the phone from a back up over the weekend on my iTunes account.....Loose headphone jack.... Could be...... I will look into it. And yes the sound has also cut by using it through the phones speaker :( | mark1978 (13845) | ||
| 1397125 | 2015-03-24 09:18:00 | This sounds more of an internal problem if the normal phone speakers also cut out. Ever had it do it through calls? The thing is it seems to be a problem after the jack and normal speakers, or it could be a software issue, try another music player, if you could? If it still happens, maybe its time for repair or a new phone, would also check if others have reported similar problems with this issue, might be more common than we think. Cheers, KK |
