| 485307 | 2006-09-17 13:24:00 | I'm using XP and have a problem installing updates, keep getting this message ' The following updates were not installed....Security Update for Word Viewer 2003 (KB917346) Security Update for Office 2003 (KB921566)'. Does anyone know how I can get these to install as I have been unable to do so for the past month or so? |

To install the update, you must have version 11.0.6505.0 of Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003: Note: To determine the version of Word Viewer 2003 you have installed, look at the version information in the About Microsoft Office Word Viewer 2003 box accessible from the Help menu |
