I'm thinking about buying it, its an Intel Pentium 4 3400mhz, seagate barracuda 7200 300gb hard drive,2GB ram, 19" Acer digital monitor, Abit fatalitiy mobo, new thermaltake tower cpu cooler and fan controller, wireless microsoft keyboard and mouse. | bizzack (7739) | ||

| 485486 | 2006-09-19 02:40:00 | If it is a new system, the cpu is about $330, the hhd is about $200, the ram is about $300 (prices of rams have increased recently, not sure if that is only chch), monitor is about $400 if lcd, dont know how much such m_board costs (maybe 130-140? if sound and lan are included), GeForce 6600 256MB PCI-E is about $140, XP HOME OEM can be bought for about $140, dont know how much the keyboard mouse are but microsoft keyboard mouse are running promotion (should be nationally) so you may get them for $100 or so depending on the model, the extra may be worth $100 or so depending on if you really need them. You can see how much you save by buying second hand, and decide if it is worth doing. Also some parts are not included in your post, e.g. CD/DVD drive, speakers, etc. |
