| 486650 | 2006-09-22 09:23:00 | I have used OE for many months on my Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop, but a few days ago I couldnt send or receive mail because of a dialogue box called "Logon - mail.orcon.net.nz (My webmail still works with them so my password etc is fine.) It asks me for my username and password, but despite entering it correctly it doesnt work, and wont disapear. I called Orcon for help, and they told me to delete and reload my account settings in the tools menu. That works once but then the problem starts again. (I have done it three times now). Any suggestions? Cheers, -John. |
