I told him where i saw them,and he said they cant tell me anything until they have been given permission to talk about them. YEAH RIGHT. |

YEAH RIGHT. im not sure if you've worked at an ISP or more accurately on their helpdesk before..most likely not judging from your comment, but it is a fact that helpdesk reps (at least with XTRA) don't those kind of informations months and months in advance. The way information is distributed is mostly during meetings which happens once a fortnight and while they may get just a tad bit more technical info regarding new plans and what-not, they don't really get to know a whole lot more than what you already know. Give them a bit of slack...most of the time its not the rep's fault for not having the info, its the higher ups who's not doing their part by not providing the reps the info.. :2cents: |

You know yourself that everyone knows at xtra whats going on with these new plans the public arent stupid you know, telecon would have been sworn to secracy to say nothing to no one and play dumb until the official info is released from telecon themselves. | Hitech (9024) | ||
