| 486117 | 2006-09-26 09:19:00 | i dont think there such a thing as amd5000+, i think thats where it goes to FX, but yeah i know the duo is good, but its up to pedal what he wants, duo is bout the same price i think, and its a bit better.. i dunno, stil seeing what pedal says and what he can afford. yes there is 5000+ but cost around $600. And I can afford for higher spec computer but what's the point. I mean my parents is already complaining me about spending that much money (NZD$1900) but it is not theirs and its mine, they also ask me to share it to the family. :groan: Should I do that? Can anyone help me to deal with this case? They though I was use it for long gaming hours and no study. Thanks. I've upgraded my cost list for my new computer it still cost around $1900with ASUS 7900GT. And with this case www.c1com.co.nz ;) Thank you guys for helping me to save my budget. :DYou guys can be the next money man. lol. I forgot one thing, my parents owned most of the computers in the house but those computers ain't for gaming except for applications. Here's one of parent computer spec: P4 3.0GHz with HT (CPU can heat up easily with heaps of loaded spywares) ASUS P4P800 SE Motherboard 250GB + 200GB of HDD space ASUS 9550 ATi Randeon Graphics Card 15" ViewSonic LCD Monitor 1.5GB DDR Kingston Memory 400W AcBel PSU OEM + Some crappy keyboard and crappy mouse. How much do you think my parent computer worth? I can't really have my own pirvacy anymore, by sharing with them. |

Thanks, I want to deal it in a non harsh way that's all. I've worked so hard for this new comp. What do you about the case is it good? The Thermaltake Armor Jr and Arguila cost too much that's why I get this ATX case.:p I mean not trying to overspend my money. |

There are a lot of really nice cases around that look like they were inspired by alienware, and some of them are even quite cheap. I'll bet that Alienware is feeling the pressure as the designer PC market gets more crowded. |

Actually that's the coolest case I can get for that price or pay $260-280 for one cool looking Thermaltake case. Cool looking case are not that cheap unless you can find one for me that is less than my price there. Alienware products are quite cool but these days people can custumised their own cool PC rather than Alienware. |

I bought one of these:- www.pbtechnz.com Traded the 430 Watt power supply for a 550 Watt at the shop. You have to think about cooling fans etc and airflow through the case as well. Case design is important. |
