| 486820 | 2006-09-23 08:32:00 | I have a major problem with being "dumped to dektop" while playing with MS Flight Simulator. I have done a deep format of my hard drive. Reinstalled XP and MS Flight from original disks. Downloaded a fresh copy of FSInn. With nothing else installed and MS flight and FSInn running I get dumped at any time from starting FSInn to approaching to land. Without FSInn loaded I have no problems at all. I've been blaming FSInn for the problem but numerous others are using it without being dropped. I have been running the XP performance graph underneath MS Flight and I notice that the blue, disk trace shoots up to over 100% whenever I am dumped. Why should this happen? Is something wrong with my disk? I have a Seagate Barracuda 160 mb. Sata hard disk. No other programs are affected. When the dumping occurs it is instantatious and no messages are given. Anyone got any ideas? |
