| 487593 | 2006-09-27 05:04:00 | I have attempted to download music from sites in the US. However, after registering and paying the various fees, I discover I am unable to connect to the sites providing the music search programs. I have disabled my firewalls, anti-virus programs etc but get the message "Connection to site failed. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it". I am using Download Accelerator Plus. Is this because I am living outside the US and the sites do not allow downloads? The help from customer service at the music sites has not been of any assistance. |

Second, most probably. In which case they shouldn't have taken your money.... |

I would have to assume that this is the most likely reason. They probably have IP address rules to enforce that only US based IPs can connect to their servers. |
