I need to get to the admin account in XP home. When I go to help it suggests pressing START and the SHUTDOWN except my option is TURN OFF COMPUTER.
Any suggestions? |

press F8 as your computer is starting up, or if you don't automatically logon, hold ctrl & alt & press delete twice at the login screen - that will take you to the classic login screen where you can just type in administrator |

If you have Norton GoBack I suggest you should turn the GoBack off before pressing F8 button. Just some tips. |
