487686 2006-09-29 18:58:00 According to this guy (vip.asus.com), who's using a PB5, its one of the worst mobos ASUS have ever made.

Hopefully, when u updated the BIOS, it wasn't as bad as this (vip.asus.com)

I have a feeling its a setting in the BIOS to do with the SATA/IDE. Why the Esata isnt working properly.

487687 2006-09-30 01:49:00 Hi Speedy,
I have flashed Bios twins, to 0614 then to 0706 with Asus Update it seems to work fine.

I had sort out the e-Sata connection problem by removing the jumper off the back of Sata2 HDD.

The only problem remaining is I can't make a back up image from C drive to D partiton drive in Dos progam. But it works fine in Windows.
All I need now is for the remaining challenge to be solved with some help from you guys. :help: :help: :help:

Thank you
