| 488282 | 2006-09-30 05:47:00 | I have just downloaded a free e-book in txt format. When I open it and save it in Word I end up with a document that only stretches about half way across the page and when looking at the punctuation there is a 'return' at the end of each line which when manually removed gives me a line of txt across the whole page. Is there a way to remove these from the whole document? and thus reduce the overall length of the document. tks George ps does this make sense :D |

| 488284 | 2006-09-30 06:26:00 | Don't know if this will work, but open the text file in notepad and deselect "word wrap" from the options in the toolbar at the top. Save the text file and then try to open it in Word. See if this makes a difference. | Jen (38) | ||
