| 487944 | 2006-09-28 23:17:00 | With assistance from Parry i have created a File Generator that creates a new file for each job we have. At present it sends this file to the last folder that was opened. I want to be able to alter the MACRO to send the file to a specified folder called Job Cards on the same drive (K). The relevant part of the existing macro is: [ 'Ask Where to save file FilePath = Application.GetSaveAsFilename(NxtJob & ".xls", _ "Excel Files (*.xls), *.xls", , "Create Job Sheet for " & ClientName) ] Any advice would be appreciated. So maybe amend the string to something like: FilePath = Application.GetSaveAsFilename("k:\JobCards\" & NxtJob & ".xls", _ ..... HTH |
