With the new cpu program runs perfectly.TBH I have no idea about FS... but I am guessing that I was only of those programs that does not like the DC CPU, which would require a patch to run right, have you looked online to see if anyone else have that problem? | 488236 | 2006-10-11 17:35:00 | One final post on this subject Dual core pcu's are completely unsuitable for MS Filght sim. And it makes no difference whether they are patched or not. A x2 42000+ cpu can not handle the load. A single core 4000+ has no problems with the load. It also produces much better scenery. It does away with scenery and detail struggling to catch up all the time. For those who think frame rate is so important. I don't know. I keep mine locked at 20 fps. It is all that is needed. And to get the best performance 2 gigs of ram are ideal. Now I am off for a quiet flight arond North Queensland to admire the beautiful scenery. |
