489669 2006-10-06 22:49:00 Hello everyone

I have been having quite a problem with an Acer Aspire laptop with windows xp. Every cd-r that is written at least once to, the laptop seems to always detect that the cd-r is a cd-rw and if you write to it, xp says the cd is corrupt. I have tryed this with many cds including ones being burnt off other pcs. I have even re-installed windows and it's still doing the same thing.

This is a very frustrating problem and if any of you could help it would be much appreciated.
